Where a claim comes from a review synthesizing other studies rather than an original trial, that distinction is preserved rather than smoothed over.

Species and scale are never dropped. A finding from 45 human volunteers and a finding from a mouse colitis model are reported as what they are, not blended into one undifferentiated claim of "the research shows." Doses appear only as they were used in the cited study — never as a suggestion for a reader.

Community reports are labeled, not disguised as data. Where this site describes what people in research-peptide or skincare communities report experiencing, that language is explicitly marked anecdotal, sourced to forums and community write-ups rather than studies, and never attached to a specific dose.
